New Normal Small Discussion Groups are an invitation to begin or continue the journey of having meaningful, cross-race conversations that are designed to deepen understanding, appreciation, and respect.
The New Normal Small Group Discussion Kit contains user friendly information that provides the suggested structure and guidance to create and sustain cross-race conversations in a group format.
The readings, suggested ground rules, charter, guiding principles, and suggested frequency have been tested in six, year-long groups meeting in living rooms or virtually. Given our experience, we highly recommend that groups meet in person.
